The years long 16th Street (Mall) redevelopment is over and now Denver is looking to breath life into different parts of the mall. The Denver Pavilions is an anchor development on the eastern side of the mall that needs energy, vision and direction. Here's what I imagine how we can redevelop the mall. Do you agree?
