[00:01:08] [SPEAKER_00]: I feel like I can call myself an expert in this field because the limit literally does
[00:01:12] [SPEAKER_00]: not exist on how many blind spots I've experienced in my lifetime and know I will continue to
[00:01:17] [SPEAKER_00]: experience in my lifetime.
[00:01:18] [SPEAKER_00]: All of my biggest so-called failures in life were predicated by blind spots.
[00:01:22] [SPEAKER_00]: So my divorce was directly connected to my taking things personally blind spot, my functional
[00:01:26] [SPEAKER_00]: burnout directly tied into my workaholic blind spot.
[00:01:30] [SPEAKER_00]: I've had failed business partnerships tied directly into my people pleasing blind
[00:01:33] [SPEAKER_00]: spots.
[00:01:34] [SPEAKER_00]: I could go on and on y'all but this podcast is not about me.
[00:01:37] [SPEAKER_00]: It's actually about helping you get some quick wins in your development.
[00:01:40] [SPEAKER_00]: So in addition to navigating my own personal blind spots, I've been helping founders, leaders,
[00:01:44] [SPEAKER_00]: teams and high performers identify blind spots for over a decade.
[00:01:47] [SPEAKER_00]: And today I'm going to break down a few things I've learned along the way about blind
[00:01:51] [SPEAKER_00]: spots and give you a tool to identify your biggest one.
[00:01:54] [SPEAKER_00]: Before we dive in though, my books are open for team development experiences.
[00:01:58] [SPEAKER_00]: I have one spot open for one-on-one coaching and spots open in my group

[00:02:45] [SPEAKER_00]: Did y'all know there was an app?

[00:03:11] [SPEAKER_00]: And there's also some subliminal reprogramming tracks to support those of
[00:03:14] [SPEAKER_00]: you who are on a thought reprogramming journey.
[00:03:16] [SPEAKER_00]: So dive on in, check it out.
[00:03:18] [SPEAKER_00]: Let me know what you're loving and there will be lots more to come on
[00:03:21] [SPEAKER_00]: that.
[00:03:21] [SPEAKER_00]: So let's get back to blind spots.
[00:03:23] [SPEAKER_00]: We're going to do a real quick and dirty episode on what they are,
[00:03:27] [SPEAKER_00]: why you need to check them and how to do it before you wreck yourself.
[00:03:30] [SPEAKER_00]: All right?
[00:03:30] [SPEAKER_00]: So first and foremost, she know what the fuck is a leadership blind spot?
[00:03:35] [SPEAKER_00]: Glad you asked, friend.
[00:03:37] [SPEAKER_00]: Leadership blind spot.
[00:03:38] [SPEAKER_00]: Okay, let's break this down.
[00:03:39] [SPEAKER_00]: It is a subconscious pattern way of being that you can't quite see for yourself.
[00:03:44] [SPEAKER_00]: So these areas of unawareness, they hide in our nervous system.
[00:03:48] [SPEAKER_00]: They're directly connected.
[00:03:49] [SPEAKER_00]: And in my humble opinion, the nervous system is the most important
[00:03:53] [SPEAKER_00]: system of your business.
[00:03:54] [SPEAKER_00]: All right.
[00:03:55] [SPEAKER_00]: And areas of unawareness and a leader's behavior, decisions, attitudes
[00:03:59] [SPEAKER_00]: that can negatively impact their team or organization is a leadership blind spot.
[00:04:03] [SPEAKER_00]: And all of these things are rooted in a stress response that's in your nervous
[00:04:07] [SPEAKER_00]: system and that can show up like things like overconfidence, assumptions,
[00:04:11] [SPEAKER_00]: bias, or simply a lack of perspective.
[00:04:13] [SPEAKER_00]: So one thing I've noticed in myself and in all those that I coach
[00:04:17] [SPEAKER_00]: is we tend to experience a high level of resistance or just straight up
[00:04:21] [SPEAKER_00]: denial in identifying them.
[00:04:23] [SPEAKER_00]: Thank you ego and brain for effectively doing your jobs.
[00:04:27] [SPEAKER_00]: You can take a break now.
[00:04:28] [SPEAKER_00]: There's a lot of kicking and screaming that goes into identifying blind spots.
[00:04:33] [SPEAKER_00]: And it's really rooted in shame and blame.
[00:04:36] [SPEAKER_00]: So when we find ourselves experiencing shame or looking to blame others
[00:04:39] [SPEAKER_00]: for what might be happening in our business or in our life, we're usually
[00:04:43] [SPEAKER_00]: treading right on top of a blind spot.
[00:04:45] [SPEAKER_00]: The good news is though that no one ever regrets finding them.
[00:04:49] [SPEAKER_00]: No one ever regrets uncovering them.
[00:04:50] [SPEAKER_00]: They only wish they would have done it sooner.
[00:04:52] [SPEAKER_00]: So that's the good news.
[00:04:54] [SPEAKER_00]: The other good news is everyone has them.
[00:04:56] [SPEAKER_00]: There is literally no exceptions whatsoever.
[00:05:00] [SPEAKER_00]: Every human on the planet Earth has blind spots.
[00:05:03] [SPEAKER_00]: The only blind spot that is like really gnarly is the blind spot
[00:05:08] [SPEAKER_00]: thinking that everyone else has them except for you.
[00:05:10] [SPEAKER_00]: Like that's just dumb and I see it all the time.
[00:05:13] [SPEAKER_00]: OK, I will say also after writing out my notes and thoughts for this podcast,
[00:05:18] [SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to add in another blind spot after having some further
[00:05:21] [SPEAKER_00]: reflection, some recent discussion on LinkedIn.
[00:05:24] [SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to say that whiteness is actually the biggest blind spot
[00:05:27] [SPEAKER_00]: that humanity suffers from.
[00:05:28] [SPEAKER_00]: And it's directly tied into this idea of thinking
[00:05:31] [SPEAKER_00]: that everyone else has got blind spots except for you.
[00:05:34] [SPEAKER_00]: So if you're in a white body, I love you.
[00:05:36] [SPEAKER_00]: I see you. I am you.
[00:05:38] [SPEAKER_00]: It is not our fault that we have this blind spot.
[00:05:40] [SPEAKER_00]: It is our responsibility to be aware of it.
[00:05:42] [SPEAKER_00]: And I hope you choose to do something about it.
[00:05:43] [SPEAKER_00]: That's a whole other topic for another time.
[00:05:46] [SPEAKER_00]: But just know that we all here working with some blind spots, y'all.
[00:05:50] [SPEAKER_00]: And the sooner that we choose to acknowledge that release
[00:05:52] [SPEAKER_00]: some shame and blame around it, we can start to accelerate our performance.
[00:05:56] [SPEAKER_00]: We can start to accelerate our leadership and the results
[00:05:58] [SPEAKER_00]: that we're seeing in our life.
[00:06:00] [SPEAKER_00]: So let's get to it.
[00:06:01] [SPEAKER_00]: Our blind spots can be in a couple different areas.
[00:06:04] [SPEAKER_00]: Right? We could have personal blind spots, something like traits or behaviors
[00:06:08] [SPEAKER_00]: that a leader might be unaware of, like micromanaging or poor listening skills.
[00:06:12] [SPEAKER_00]: We can also have interpersonal blind spots, right?
[00:06:15] [SPEAKER_00]: That could be going on between different members of our team or someone in our life.
[00:06:19] [SPEAKER_00]: We could be having misjudgments or misunderstandings and interactions with them.
[00:06:23] [SPEAKER_00]: We could be misreading team dynamics, overlooking individual contributions.
[00:06:27] [SPEAKER_00]: We could also have blind spots in the organization itself.
[00:06:30] [SPEAKER_00]: OK, so gaps in understanding the broader impact of the decisions
[00:06:33] [SPEAKER_00]: on the organization, the culture, external environment.
[00:06:36] [SPEAKER_00]: We're really going to zoom in and stay with more of the personal
[00:06:40] [SPEAKER_00]: and interpersonal blind spots and how I teach and really help you get rooted
[00:06:44] [SPEAKER_00]: in leadership in yourself and with others first and foremost.
[00:06:47] [SPEAKER_00]: So an example of, you know, a really typical blind spot that I used to have.
[00:06:52] [SPEAKER_00]: There was a season of my life, y'all, where I was a leader who believed
[00:06:55] [SPEAKER_00]: I was so approachable, but in fact, my team actually felt pretty intimidated
[00:06:59] [SPEAKER_00]: and reluctant to share honest feedback with me directly.
[00:07:02] [SPEAKER_00]: And that was dangerous.
[00:07:03] [SPEAKER_00]: That was a dangerous place to be because what happened then was
[00:07:05] [SPEAKER_00]: they shared all that feedback with each other.
[00:07:07] [SPEAKER_00]: There was a lot of background conversations going on.
[00:07:10] [SPEAKER_00]: No one was really willing to tell me what was going on.
[00:07:12] [SPEAKER_00]: And I didn't get the chance to address it, right?
[00:07:14] [SPEAKER_00]: Until it kind of spiraled out and it was it was a whole ass mess.
[00:07:17] [SPEAKER_00]: All right, I learned a lot from that experience.
[00:07:20] [SPEAKER_00]: And I wish that I had understand that I wasn't making myself
[00:07:23] [SPEAKER_00]: as approachable as I thought I was.
[00:07:25] [SPEAKER_00]: So that's an example, quick example of, you know, how it can show up.
[00:07:28] [SPEAKER_00]: Let's talk about why you need to check your leadership blind spots.
[00:07:32] [SPEAKER_00]: OK, so first and foremost, there actually indicators
[00:07:35] [SPEAKER_00]: that your nervous system is in a stress response, which means,
[00:07:38] [SPEAKER_00]: y'all, that you're putting yourself at risk for mental
[00:07:40] [SPEAKER_00]: and physical health issues, including the infamous burnout.
[00:07:43] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I said it the B word.
[00:07:45] [SPEAKER_00]: They're like little indicator lights that it's kind of like
[00:07:48] [SPEAKER_00]: an actual blind spot in a car.
[00:07:50] [SPEAKER_00]: You're lane assist and you're about to like swerve into somebody.
[00:07:53] [SPEAKER_00]: It's like, that's what leadership blind spots are.
[00:07:55] [SPEAKER_00]: They're going, be in your nervous system to let you know
[00:07:58] [SPEAKER_00]: that something's off here.
[00:07:59] [SPEAKER_00]: So team dysregulation always starts with the leader.
[00:08:02] [SPEAKER_00]: If your team or your business is not performing,
[00:08:05] [SPEAKER_00]: the hard truth is that you have a leadership blind spot
[00:08:07] [SPEAKER_00]: that needs to be handled.
[00:08:09] [SPEAKER_00]: You can keep playing the blame game.
[00:08:10] [SPEAKER_00]: You can take responsibility and get to the bottom of it
[00:08:13] [SPEAKER_00]: so you can turn things around quicker.
[00:08:14] [SPEAKER_00]: Much better path.
[00:08:16] [SPEAKER_00]: I will let you know now.
[00:08:18] [SPEAKER_00]: And failure in business can always be traced back
[00:08:20] [SPEAKER_00]: to a leadership blind spot.
[00:08:22] [SPEAKER_00]: And while I'm careful to not villainize failure,
[00:08:25] [SPEAKER_00]: because there's so many benefits that come from feeling.
[00:08:28] [SPEAKER_00]: We learn so much more from our failures than we do our wins.
[00:08:31] [SPEAKER_00]: However, if we're being honest,
[00:08:33] [SPEAKER_00]: I think that most of us would avoid failure if we could.
[00:08:36] [SPEAKER_00]: And you can by identifying and working on your blind spots
[00:08:40] [SPEAKER_00]: by getting ahead of them,
[00:08:41] [SPEAKER_00]: by listening to the wise words of the sage ice cube,
[00:08:46] [SPEAKER_00]: check yourself before you wreck yourself.
[00:08:48] [SPEAKER_00]: So everything in life gets better when you do this,
[00:08:50] [SPEAKER_00]: all right, because your blind spots
[00:08:51] [SPEAKER_00]: aren't just showing up in your leadership.
[00:08:54] [SPEAKER_00]: You don't just get to switch off your subconscious patterns
[00:08:56] [SPEAKER_00]: when you go to work.
[00:08:58] [SPEAKER_00]: And I wish it was that easy.
[00:08:59] [SPEAKER_00]: However, your personal and professional development
[00:09:02] [SPEAKER_00]: are one in the same.
[00:09:03] [SPEAKER_00]: So once you start identifying these blind spots
[00:09:06] [SPEAKER_00]: and you get to start working on them,
[00:09:08] [SPEAKER_00]: everything will start to shift in your life.
[00:09:10] [SPEAKER_00]: It's a beautiful, beautiful process.
[00:09:13] [SPEAKER_00]: Some of the impacts that your blind spots can have
[00:09:15] [SPEAKER_00]: on your leadership effectiveness,
[00:09:17] [SPEAKER_00]: they can undermine your trust with your team.
[00:09:19] [SPEAKER_00]: They can decrease the team morale.
[00:09:20] [SPEAKER_00]: They can lead to poor decision making.
[00:09:22] [SPEAKER_00]: They can prevent leaders from recognizing opportunities,
[00:09:25] [SPEAKER_00]: addressing problems earlier on,
[00:09:27] [SPEAKER_00]: fostering innovation and ignoring a blind spot
[00:09:30] [SPEAKER_00]: is part of that like resistance or denial, right?
[00:09:34] [SPEAKER_00]: And I see it all the time consequences for that are huge.
[00:09:37] [SPEAKER_00]: OK, if you have a team,
[00:09:39] [SPEAKER_00]: you're going to see reduced engagement.
[00:09:41] [SPEAKER_00]: You're going to see increased turnover,
[00:09:42] [SPEAKER_00]: a lack of psychological safety for the team.
[00:09:44] [SPEAKER_00]: It's going to stunt innovation.
[00:09:46] [SPEAKER_00]: It's going to create an energy and a vibe
[00:09:49] [SPEAKER_00]: that's really tough to come out of.
[00:09:51] [SPEAKER_00]: OK, if you're a solopreneur,
[00:09:53] [SPEAKER_00]: same thing actually is happening here, right?
[00:09:55] [SPEAKER_00]: It's going to stunt your personal and professional growth.
[00:09:58] [SPEAKER_00]: The more that you ignore these blind spots,
[00:09:59] [SPEAKER_00]: it's going to get you a damaged reputation.
[00:10:01] [SPEAKER_00]: You're going to have missed leadership potential.
[00:10:03] [SPEAKER_00]: You could be putting your business
[00:10:04] [SPEAKER_00]: at failure to launch or imploding like,
[00:10:07] [SPEAKER_00]: this is serious shit.
[00:10:08] [SPEAKER_00]: Y'all, I promise you,
[00:10:09] [SPEAKER_00]: I'm not trying to get on here and scare you.
[00:10:11] [SPEAKER_00]: I'm trying to like wake you up to like,
[00:10:13] [SPEAKER_00]: oh, there's some things that I actually could be doing
[00:10:15] [SPEAKER_00]: to support myself in this.
[00:10:18] [SPEAKER_00]: Great, great.
[00:10:20] [SPEAKER_00]: Another example of a leadership blind spot
[00:10:23] [SPEAKER_00]: that I've had in my past is like,
[00:10:24] [SPEAKER_00]: when someone doesn't realize they're dominating discussions,
[00:10:26] [SPEAKER_00]: that really can lead to a lack of diverse input
[00:10:29] [SPEAKER_00]: and creativity from the team.
[00:10:30] [SPEAKER_00]: This was happening on my same team back in the day.
[00:10:32] [SPEAKER_00]: Lululemon like, man,
[00:10:34] [SPEAKER_00]: I had so many great ideas
[00:10:35] [SPEAKER_00]: and was just running with the ball.
[00:10:37] [SPEAKER_00]: And thought I was this approachable leader
[00:10:39] [SPEAKER_00]: and recognize like, oh, wow,
[00:10:41] [SPEAKER_00]: I definitely could have made more space for my team
[00:10:43] [SPEAKER_00]: to be creative and take things on.
[00:10:46] [SPEAKER_00]: Instead, I was charging ahead.
[00:10:47] [SPEAKER_00]: Like I had to do everything myself,
[00:10:48] [SPEAKER_00]: which was part of my own subconscious patterns
[00:10:52] [SPEAKER_00]: that were rooted in some of my own trauma.
[00:10:53] [SPEAKER_00]: So it's important.
[00:10:56] [SPEAKER_00]: I promise you,
[00:10:57] [SPEAKER_00]: it's very important on why you need to check these
[00:10:59] [SPEAKER_00]: before you wreck yourself.
[00:11:00] [SPEAKER_00]: So how do you do that, Sheena?
[00:11:03] [SPEAKER_00]: And I'm hoping that you're at that point
[00:11:04] [SPEAKER_00]: where like, how do I check my blind spots?
[00:11:06] [SPEAKER_00]: I got you.
[00:11:07] [SPEAKER_00]: We do that with self reflection and self awareness, all right?
[00:11:10] [SPEAKER_00]: So cultivating some regular practices,
[00:11:13] [SPEAKER_00]: like journaling or meditation
[00:11:15] [SPEAKER_00]: that are gonna increase your self awareness
[00:11:17] [SPEAKER_00]: in your metacognition are muy importante.
[00:11:20] [SPEAKER_00]: Metacognition, what the book is that?
[00:11:23] [SPEAKER_00]: Metacognition is thinking about your thoughts.
[00:11:25] [SPEAKER_00]: There's a whole podcast episode coming on that.
[00:11:27] [SPEAKER_00]: So stay tuned.
[00:11:30] [SPEAKER_00]: And doing things on your own,
[00:11:32] [SPEAKER_00]: not waiting to seek out,
[00:11:34] [SPEAKER_00]: not waiting for someone to tell you about your blind spot
[00:11:35] [SPEAKER_00]: is one of the biggest things that you could be doing.
[00:11:38] [SPEAKER_00]: Obviously being open to feedback
[00:11:39] [SPEAKER_00]: and actively seeking it to very different things
[00:11:42] [SPEAKER_00]: from a whole variety of sources, right?
[00:11:44] [SPEAKER_00]: You could be talking to peers about it.
[00:11:46] [SPEAKER_00]: You could be talking to your team.
[00:11:47] [SPEAKER_00]: You could be talking to mentors, friends, ask.
[00:11:51] [SPEAKER_00]: I know it's again, so scary to be like,
[00:11:54] [SPEAKER_00]: what am I not seeing here?
[00:11:57] [SPEAKER_00]: And that's one of the most powerful questions
[00:11:58] [SPEAKER_00]: that you can actually ask in life.
[00:12:00] [SPEAKER_00]: What am I not seeing here?
[00:12:01] [SPEAKER_00]: Help me see something from a different point of view.
[00:12:04] [SPEAKER_00]: Different ways you can do that.
[00:12:05] [SPEAKER_00]: There's 360 degrees, right?
[00:12:08] [SPEAKER_00]: Like a 360 survey.
[00:12:10] [SPEAKER_00]: So you just have a structured process
[00:12:12] [SPEAKER_00]: where feedback is collected from all different directions.
[00:12:14] [SPEAKER_00]: So from maybe a supervisor or peer,
[00:12:16] [SPEAKER_00]: direct reports, vendors, clients,
[00:12:19] [SPEAKER_00]: and you can do an anonymous survey
[00:12:20] [SPEAKER_00]: is a great way to do it.
[00:12:21] [SPEAKER_00]: You can just have regular check-ins.
[00:12:23] [SPEAKER_00]: Like don't miss the opportunity
[00:12:25] [SPEAKER_00]: of just having a regularly scheduled one-on-one
[00:12:28] [SPEAKER_00]: with someone to be checking in on your development,
[00:12:32] [SPEAKER_00]: their development, and have an open flow of conversation.
[00:12:35] [SPEAKER_00]: Makes those bigger conversations way less scary.
[00:12:37] [SPEAKER_00]: Another way to do this,
[00:12:38] [SPEAKER_00]: this is my most favorite one
[00:12:40] [SPEAKER_00]: is ongoing learning and development y'all.
[00:12:43] [SPEAKER_00]: By engaging in continuous learning,
[00:12:44] [SPEAKER_00]: you can do this through leadership training,
[00:12:47] [SPEAKER_00]: reading, coaching, giving yourself new ideas
[00:12:50] [SPEAKER_00]: and things to chew on will help you
[00:12:52] [SPEAKER_00]: find your own blind spots.
[00:12:53] [SPEAKER_00]: Like this podcast is a perfect example of that.
[00:12:56] [SPEAKER_00]: Good on ya.
[00:12:57] [SPEAKER_00]: Being open to challenging your own assumptions
[00:13:00] [SPEAKER_00]: and changing behaviors based on new insights
[00:13:02] [SPEAKER_00]: that you receive is so important.
[00:13:05] [SPEAKER_00]: It's called being coachable.
[00:13:06] [SPEAKER_00]: I'll be honest, I do have a preference to work with people
[00:13:08] [SPEAKER_00]: who have at some point in their life
[00:13:11] [SPEAKER_00]: played an organized sport
[00:13:13] [SPEAKER_00]: because of the idea of being coachable.
[00:13:15] [SPEAKER_00]: If you're not coachable, then A,
[00:13:17] [SPEAKER_00]: you and I aren't gonna get along
[00:13:18] [SPEAKER_00]: in terms of like a coaching relationship, right?
[00:13:22] [SPEAKER_00]: Because it just doesn't work.
[00:13:23] [SPEAKER_00]: If you're just set in like I am who I am
[00:13:25] [SPEAKER_00]: and it is how it is,
[00:13:26] [SPEAKER_00]: then you're absolutely right.
[00:13:28] [SPEAKER_00]: Like I'm not gonna help you fight for those limitations.
[00:13:31] [SPEAKER_00]: I'm only gonna help you fight for your possibilities.
[00:13:32] [SPEAKER_00]: So be willing to change some things up
[00:13:36] [SPEAKER_00]: once you get new information and data about it.
[00:13:39] [SPEAKER_00]: So where are we at?
[00:13:42] [SPEAKER_00]: I'm really trying to like stick this 14 minute mark
[00:13:45] [SPEAKER_00]: like Simone Biles in Paris,
[00:13:46] [SPEAKER_00]: but I don't think I'm gonna be able to wrap it up entirely
[00:13:50] [SPEAKER_00]: but let me start wrapping it up, okay?
[00:13:52] [SPEAKER_00]: Let's recap.
[00:13:53] [SPEAKER_00]: What are blind spots?
[00:13:55] [SPEAKER_00]: Blind spots are subconscious ways of being
[00:13:57] [SPEAKER_00]: that are sabotaging your leadership.
[00:13:59] [SPEAKER_00]: Everyone has them.
[00:14:01] [SPEAKER_00]: So we can drop the shame and blame stories.
[00:14:02] [SPEAKER_00]: The quicker we do that,
[00:14:03] [SPEAKER_00]: the faster that we accelerate your growth,
[00:14:05] [SPEAKER_00]: your performance and your leadership.
[00:14:07] [SPEAKER_00]: They are rooted in your nervous system
[00:14:09] [SPEAKER_00]: and they are impacting your mental and physical health.
[00:14:12] [SPEAKER_00]: They are directly related to every crash and burn,
[00:14:17] [SPEAKER_00]: whether it's in your business or your life,
[00:14:18] [SPEAKER_00]: they can all be traced back to leadership blind spots.
[00:14:21] [SPEAKER_00]: So checking your blind spots
[00:14:23] [SPEAKER_00]: means seeking out feedback from those around you.
[00:14:26] [SPEAKER_00]: It means learning, getting coached, having a mentor,
[00:14:29] [SPEAKER_00]: having someone who can help you see
[00:14:31] [SPEAKER_00]: what you can't see literally, right?
[00:14:33] [SPEAKER_00]: Having someone be that little beep beep beep in your life
[00:14:36] [SPEAKER_00]: and who can do it with love is a really good person
[00:14:40] [SPEAKER_00]: to have in life.
[00:14:42] [SPEAKER_00]: So Yelsine, why these are so important
[00:14:44] [SPEAKER_00]: to identify and flip?
[00:14:45] [SPEAKER_00]: If so, I hope that you will join me
[00:14:46] [SPEAKER_00]: for the Blind Spot Workshop.
[00:14:48] [SPEAKER_00]: It's going down online Wednesday, August 21st
[00:14:51] [SPEAKER_00]: at 5.30 PM of course you'll get a recording
[00:14:54] [SPEAKER_00]: and all the goodies that come along with it.
[00:14:56] [SPEAKER_00]: I'll be breaking down two more common mistakes
[00:14:58] [SPEAKER_00]: that leaders are making when it comes to blind spots.
[00:15:03] [SPEAKER_00]: You don't wanna be that guy, all right?
[00:15:04] [SPEAKER_00]: We're gonna talk about the three major blind spots
[00:15:06] [SPEAKER_00]: that every single one of us will wrestle with
[00:15:09] [SPEAKER_00]: at some point in our life.
[00:15:10] [SPEAKER_00]: Also blind spots, we have hella of them.
[00:15:14] [SPEAKER_00]: It's not just like you've got one blind spot in life
[00:15:16] [SPEAKER_00]: and then you're done.
[00:15:17] [SPEAKER_00]: No, they're coming at us from everywhere.
[00:15:19] [SPEAKER_00]: So we're talking about the three major categories
[00:15:21] [SPEAKER_00]: that they live in.
[00:15:22] [SPEAKER_00]: We're gonna do a breakdown of what you need to do
[00:15:24] [SPEAKER_00]: to flip your blind spot into a breakthrough,
[00:15:26] [SPEAKER_00]: elevating you into your next level of leadership.
[00:15:29] [SPEAKER_00]: We're gonna talk about the secret ingredient
[00:15:30] [SPEAKER_00]: that makes or breaks your blind spot transformation.
[00:15:32] [SPEAKER_00]: We'll talk about the levels of blind spots
[00:15:34] [SPEAKER_00]: and why ignoring them is a recipe for burnout.
[00:15:37] [SPEAKER_00]: I'm gonna give you three simple exercises
[00:15:39] [SPEAKER_00]: to help you get immediate clarity
[00:15:40] [SPEAKER_00]: with your biggest blind spot
[00:15:41] [SPEAKER_00]: and what to do about it next.
[00:15:43] [SPEAKER_00]: And you'll be learning how to link it all together live.
[00:15:46] [SPEAKER_00]: So that's gonna enable you to level up your leadership.
[00:15:48] [SPEAKER_00]: I also have some goodies for you.
[00:15:50] [SPEAKER_00]: If you know me, you know I love Prezzie.

[00:16:01] [SPEAKER_00]: We'll dive into any blind spot related questions
[00:16:03] [SPEAKER_00]: and scenarios that you're currently wrestling with
[00:16:05] [SPEAKER_00]: and you can just get support on the spot.
[00:16:07] [SPEAKER_00]: Bonus number two is I made a blind spot sound journey
[00:16:11] [SPEAKER_00]: y'all so this is a virtual guided visualization
[00:16:13] [SPEAKER_00]: paired with the sound bath.
[00:16:15] [SPEAKER_00]: You're gonna be able to go integrate this knowledge
[00:16:17] [SPEAKER_00]: on a cellular level while having a conversation
[00:16:19] [SPEAKER_00]: with your higher self on what's really needed
[00:16:21] [SPEAKER_00]: to clear this blind spot.
[00:16:22] [SPEAKER_00]: Prezzie number three is a surprise
[00:16:24] [SPEAKER_00]: and only for the folks who show up live.
[00:16:26] [SPEAKER_00]: So come through, come through.

[00:16:40] [SPEAKER_00]: I'm gonna leave you with two questions to reflect on.
[00:16:43] [SPEAKER_00]: One, do you know what your leadership blind spots are?
